Like you, I think I've used it once myself. I've lived 14 years with the Ranger that doesn't have a keypad.

That's cool. I remember those days. My daughter actually used my '97 F250HD, 8' box, SCab,4X4, for her driving exam. The examiner didn't know what to think when we came up in that thing.

I know I was. I even told the examiner, the way those cones were set up, I wouldn't be able to park it without a few extra turns and pull ups. My daughter, as I expected, took out a couple, but that was the only bad marks she got. She actually listened to me as how to maneuver that truck, using the mirrors. The OCD examiner refused to cut any slack, the cones looked like they were set up for something the size of a minivan.
