Down the road, maybe. I just keep seeing ones that are painted properly, that still end up chipped. So I am in no hurry. My focus now is on seat covers.

I hadn't thought about the durability issues, makes sense where it's located...You might thing this is weird but there something cool and nostalgic with the classic blue oval that basically that hasn't changed in over a century. I think painting it a different color removes some of the character.

Mike, you read my mind. I had red and black ovals on my last truck. While they looked great, I agree with you 100% on the nostalgia. Honestly, I will probably leave them as they are.

Yes, they were, you're the one that told me about them, not cheap, but a very high quality product. I'm thinking of having them make something for this truck, just haven't come up with what I want. As on the '12, I'll leave the one on the grille stock, and still maintain the Ford script look on the rear.
