Measure the drop brackets would be easiest. From where the twin trashy beam mounts up to where it's at now.

If you had a sway bar it would bolt to that

Probably your lift and alignment. That wouldn't have anything to do with it.

Could go to LMC or broncograveyard and order another one and a away bar, you have the away bar mounts on the axles. Help keep it from rolling in the corners

Looks like you currently have a flowmaster of sorts on there. The stock muffler is long and cylindrical.
I've had a magnaflow, flowmaster, and now back to magnaflow. I prefer it, for its deep tone and straight-through flow design. I cut off my flowmaster, and started the truck while I slid the magnaflow on. Didn't silence it much (if at all) but made it sound deeper and cleaner. Way better.

My flow40 was so quiet I had to press my ear to the tailpipe to hear it haha
So the magnapack is a definite improvement

The drop brackets are pretty long, but the pictures of them are pretty crappy.

Pretty sure it's a 4" lift. Look closely. They're not on the bottom hole. And they don't look long to me.
