New here, been browsing the site for ideas for a while but just signed up and thought I'd share.

Black and white
2.7 l twin turbo
Crew cab

What I have done so far:
Tinted front windows (a little lighter than the rear)
Rear fender wells
Wheels: I went with 20x9 race line twist
Tires: BFG ko2's 275 55 20
1.5 inch motofab level on the front. Actually got 1.75 inches out of it.
I was exactly 2 inches higher in the back stock so it leveled out really nice.
Drop in k&n filter. May actually be putting the stock back in.

Thins I want to do:
Alignment. Actually getting this done tomorrow
Black Nerf bars
Black Bull bar
Black out all badges (plastidip more than likely)
Remove f150 tailgate badge
Spray in bed liner
Bug guard for the hood
Some type of led's all around and in the cab
Remote start from 12 volt solutions (plug and play)
Add the back up camera. Still looking at options for this. If anyone has added one to theirs please send me details.

Forgot to also mention I added the Dee zee easy assis for the tailgate as well.

I like it. No complaints and was a really easy 5 min install. Definitely helps with why I was needing it.
