Default RR14FX2 Slow Build

Wasn't sure if I wanted to do a build thread because I know it'll be slow and kinda basic for awhile. But I figured It'll be a good way for myself to keep up with what and when stuff was done. So here it is enjoy and feel free to comment on the products or brands I have choosen.

Ruby Red Metallic
2014 FX2 SuperCrew
FX Appearance Package
Eco Boost

Not going to rush into mods but plans are 20% tint up front, WeatherTech mats, ditch the drop in bed liner for a spray in ( thinking LineX ), BAKFlip G2 or the G4 Elite Cover & Caddy, LED Interior lights and maybe 2/4 lowering/leveling kit.

Well things got a bit darker today. The windows are done. Also picked-up a DeeZee tailgate assist. My Dad has one of these on his truck and loves it.

It's not much but I installed the DeeZee tailgate assist today and the vinyl decal on the steering wheel. WeatherTech front and rear floor liners will be here tomorrow, and the front and rear emblem decals are in the mail from Stage3Motorsports.

Ok got the WeatherTechs in and love them. Also my decals from Stage3Motorsports arrived, even though I work in a sign shop these proved a little difficult but. I assume that's because your not working with a flat surface anyway I used a little heat and I am overall pleased with the look. Guess next is save for the spray-in liner and cover. I think I'll wait til I get a few miles on it (still under 1k) before any engine mods, at least til after the first Oil change if I have the funds. I'm currently leaning towards the Bully Dog CAI and SCT Tuner. I'm looking at the pre-loaded SCT that Brenspeed sells http://www.brenspeed.com/3015eb.html

Nothing performance wise but out with the old and in with the new. Love the Line-X Spray-In liner.

Well I must have been good this year or Santa mistook me for someone else.
He left me a Roush Mechanical LED Boost Gauge and Vent Pod. Not to mention an IOU for 1 bed cover of my choice. So I ordered the G4 Elite Cover & Caddy Bundle.

Good looking truck! Makes me want to get my bed liner redone!! I got the Lund version of the floor mats for Christmas too and I love them! The design is great and are way better than my old carpet mats

Ok first off I know the truck nasty but gravel drive-way, rain, and it's been pretty cold out. Not mention hunting season doesnt go out til tomorrow. Anyway got the Fold-A-Cover G4 and Caddy installed. Overall install wasn't that bad. Worst part was getting the striker bolts aligned. This was a little frustrating and it's still a little high but I think it will lvl out once the weather stripping settles. Not sure when I'll get to the boost gauge. I also recently ordered the Raptor Grill Lights really looking forward to them. Will be ordering BedRug and Tailgate cover soon. Oh yeah I did already get one buck this year lets hope the big one will come out tomorrow.
