So with same engine and gearing, expect most of the power between 4000-5500 RPM.

Fast forward to March 2019:

1: Whipple's large Low Temp Radiator - Now standard on all stage 2 kits (was not released when I purchased my kit)

2: I have Installed a Set of Kooks 1 3/4 Long tube headers with Kooks "green" catted Y-pipe mated to the stock catback exhaust.

3: Reische 170 Thermostat

4: Whipple's Closed air box.

5: DW400 Fuel pump in stock basket - With internal check valve

5: Id1050x Port Fuel Injectors

6: VMP plug and play BoostAPump

7: Remote Dyno tune with HPtuners By Palm Beach Dyno

8: Custom dual 10" Spal fans for the LTR - props to @LTNBOLT for the Fan Install Thread

I contacted Chris Heideman @ Heideman Racing Dynamics in Houston, TX who is a remote tuning dealer for Palm Beach Dyno
https://www.houstonperformance.com/

I talked with Chris about setting up a time to do the tuning and explained that I was looking for a 93 tune and a 2nd fuel E85 tune.

Chris talked with Rob Shoemaker at PDB about my set up and mods, PDB said I would need a BoostaPump or return style fuel system in order to run e85 and the 3.625 pulley.

I requested that PBD use the Whipple tune as their base file that I had unlocked by HPtuners with my MPVI2 but also wanted a HPtuners ngauge for flashing between tunes without having to have my laptop with me.

Using the Whipple tune unlocked by HPtuners was my single biggest concern as I have run a custom tune on my truck using a stock file (standard in the tuning world) and when the boost comes at low throttle position, it is very unnerving.

(imagine going up an overpass and with no change in your foot on the accelerator pedal, the truck starts going from 0psi of boost to 10psi, off and on, off and on. IT Sucks...)

This doesnt happen with the Whipple tune because it is a Ford Racing Calibration with custom "Bypass Valve Logic" to control how the bypass valve closes bring boost on without the light switch feel of 500+ ft of tq when your foot is asking for 150ft tq.

Chris Installed the VMP BoostAPump and handled the tuning of the truck.

I dropped it off on 3-19-19 and the base tune was finished the next day.

What a sleeper! Did I miss it or what did it make with the new mods?
