God help you too then. These are horrible, and still lingering.

You should contact one of the Ford Reps on here and they can get some information for you. Not sure how fast the help will be, but they can go above the dealerships.

Ive seen a Crystal or Ashley. Sounds like your truck is experiencing something very common.......an idiot for a service manager. lol. As a mechanic myself I'm ashamed that these people do this to customers. A new truck should have minimal to no problems whatsoever. I got my 13 STX in Feb, but I didn't need the TSB. might have been a later ECM for the transmission or something.

Thanks. I might try that. Really unhappy with several things so far and unlike what the dealer apparently thinks- I need this truck to work

Default Santa's Sleigh!

Took this photo and made this meme myself. Feel free to spread it around, share, and let the bowtie crowd know that Santa loves Ford trucks!

I checked with Ford, the dealer, and several forums but have not been able to find out what the backspacing on these stock 18 inch wheels is, nor have I been able to find out how large/wide of a tire I can stick on them before I have rubbing/clearance issues.

1. Does anyone know what the backspacing on these are?

2. Can I get some advice on tire sizes that I can mount without encountering rubbing/clearance issues?

I run BF Goodrich Mud Terrain KM2's on my Jeep, but KM2's for an 18 inch wheel are $449 each
Thinking of trying to find the 17 inch wheels from Ford (if they're alloy) and seeing if I can get a set cheap or someone wants to swap their 17's for 18's.
backspacing on stock 18's is 6"
that rim is an 18X7.5

this is a great tool to help you decide in what size rims and tires to put on.

Thumbs down Ford admits MONITORING OUR DRIVING

I specifically asked about this when I bough our 2013 F-150 and was specifically told that it does not happen.
Now a Ford Executive admits they are doing it.
Wonder if I can find a lawyer and make them buy the truck back.

I noticed it fairly soon after we got it.
