The ones from plainansimple need more leds IMO the entire shape of both reflectors should be outlined and then they would be really cool. Thats what I will probably do to my brother inlaws 14 f150.

What do you mean exactly about "ones for his truck are the best he used led switchback tube with both colors red"

His have the led tube and you can get them in switchback so they stay white but when you put the turn signals on they turn amber but both of his colors are red that's how he got them to function with the turn signal. I see on his website he now has led hard strips that are the same shape as the tail lights but the ones on his truck are the flexible tube.

I noticed that the last time I looked I'm not sure if those look better than the tubes like his truck has. But if you go with the tubes you have to get a hold of the manufacturer and see if they will make you some with both colors being red instead of red and white.

Are you happy with the morimoto mini? I am looking at doing these exact headlights on my white 2011....couldn't decide on the morimoto or the fx-r.....I've heard the morimoto does not have enough light output.

I am very happy with the mori minis. The light output is about a 7/10 in my perspective without having tested any others. I just did a build on my buddies mustang headlights which included mori minis along with demons eyes. Ide be happy to post pics if everyone would like to see.

First off i want to say sorry for not keeping the thread alive as i should. I have been very busy and not had much time to work on my pavement princess.

Heres a little update to what i have done this week:
-Fixed Hyperflash (added resistors) on turn signal
-Hooked up Hi beams.
-aligned and adjusted headlights

Pics coming tonight.

I also have been working on my tail light project which is coming along "semi-smoothly"

I have some gaps in my cutting that i don't think will be easily covered with silicone and was wondering if there is something i can use to smooth it out before i silicone!

Here are some pictures of my new tail lights before the seal!

Hope you guys enjoy! I will be around to answer any questions and or listen to constructive criticism you all may have! Thanks!
