Thanks, I could not even get the store to return my calls or emails once I supplied them with the pictures. Real nice folks to deal with..Not.

Today I removed the stock headlight bulbs. I switched them out with the Sylvania bright whites. They make a big difference but no where near what I would like them to be. I live in a rural area and need the light. I was looking at the light and wondering why does Ford adds that cap to the light fixture?

Not sure what you mean, but if it's a cap on the front of the bulb, I think it's designed to distribute light back into the reflector to supposedly increase light dispersion. Or something...

Red, first of all that truck is looking great! As for the light issue, I found the same issue on my 07 once I leveled it. The stock fixtures are designed for the rake that originally was on our trucks. Once we level them it throws the light so far down the road you barely see it. To be honest I'm not sure how to fix it with the stock fixtures but I'm sure you can find a solution somewhere in the forum. I ended up going with aftermarket housings off eBay and then HID for the lights. I'm off-road a lot and also live in a semi rural area so this worked best for me.

Look into retrofit. https://www.f150forum.com/f83/bilinv...rofits-152753/ He makes them to match your truck. Also when I go to my Ma house, who live in the country with dirt roads and all, it is pitch black at night because the trees grow over the road like driving thru a tree tunnel. I plan to get some rigid industry lights to light up the road more, so I can see what is either in the road or on the sides of the road. Cows, deer, dogs, gators, etc. has been in the road or on the sides of the road late at night.

I have the light bar I out on from Smittybuilt. I just need to find the correct combination of lights that i want to use. Then take them down the road to have them wired properly Rigids are nice. I dont think the big light will fit on the smitty bar due to the curvature of the bar.

I need to find someone to help install my level kit . Ford said they would not do it. I was surprised to learn this. Shops around here will not touch it since it is the " suspension"
It is a simple install, I just don't have the tools or the experience with doing such.
