Thanks John! I'm putting it in the same vent mount. Remember, I got that first gauge that didn't work out then I just replaced it with a "cheapo" unit from Auto Zone. Finally getting a "boost only" unit that should be a higher quality!

Truck got a quick bath this morning. Nothing too special. New boost gauge will be here tomorrow. Can't wait to get rid of the old POS. The ticking needle drives me nuts. I do have plans for the old gauge though. Gonna set it up on my 100yd rifle target and "do it a favor"! There WILL be pictures!

I went for the 15psi max because the truck is stock. Having a higher max psi would result in less needle sweep. I guess if you're gonna have a boost gauge for the "cool" factor, might as well have one where the needle makes almost a full sweep!

As far as the old gauge, guess I need to dial in my scope. A little low @ 100yds ain't to bad on a 2" target though! LOL!

Thanks guys! Yes, I really needed a black face unit but the worst thing was the needle tick whenever it was not in boost. Can't drive around all day with the loud pedal on the floor, or can I???????? LOL!
