I just polished up this machined face and have blue enamel drying in the engraving. Once it’s dry I can re-polish the flat surface. Should look good!

New TB installed!
Simple 25 minute install. After the relearning process, drove about 10 miles normally then turned around. Mashed it a few times on the way back and NO wrench or limp mode. I’ll put about 100 miles on it before uploading the tune back into it.
Didn’t notice any power improvements over the stock TB on factory tune. Might notice something, not much I’m sure, once I retune. Intake seems a little louder which is cool!

I really like how you detailed that engraved BBK.
Probably won't notice any power gains being a boosted motor until you tune for fuel, timing and mo' presshah!
Q. What kinda psi is a stock 3.5 EcoBoost putting out?
A. Enough! to make stump-pullin' torque!
heehaw

Stock, it’s no slouch for a V-6! With the tune uploaded, it pulls much harder.

I’m going to give it a few days then upload the same tune. 91 octane, top speed eliminator. I’m NOT doing anything with shift settings this time cause Im still unsure about the stupid recall. I don’t have the downshift issue or any other leadframe problems but I don’t want to mess with it.

Scares me to death to fool with that. I've been told, just leave it alone.

The 91 tune wakes it up enough for me as is!
