Tires stick out 3" past the fx4 flares, had purple halos on, bumpers have to be within 25" of the ground; ticket for each bumper, tinted tail lights.

Oh so its a lift law type of thing? Drive with the whites on man! lol Didnt know there was a law about the width of a tire though.

It's a liability. They don't want the vehicle too top heavy so it doesn't tip over or so someone can go under me. And the fenders are to keep spray or anythinf from being kicked back. Driving behind me in the rain is like driving behind a semi

You'll be trimming into the fender and maybe parts of the front valance.
