Default My Ground Beetle AKA Carabidae

Hello everyone..

intoducing my 2009 F150 ext cab 5.4L Triton engine.. i think the color name is Earth Metallic.
So far it has around 60k miles on the clock.
The only thing i added on the truck was a smittybilt custom made bed cover.
I did think of modding it a long time ago but it was my only and daily car. Anyways, i did some research on mods and so on.. i began ordering the lightning..

Here is the truck sitting all stock

i loved the raptors heads and tail lights.. so i ordered a set but still not installed

to compliment them i went with some PIAA bulbs

Also being annoyed by the key and remote.. i took the flip key route

i have placed an order a few months back.. a 6" fabtech basic suspension lift which will be upgraded later on with King coilovers and shocks.. 20x12 Motometal MO962 wheels in Gloss Black.. with 4 Mickey Thompson ATZ 35x13.5x20 tires.. Due to lack of shipment options the order will come by sea.. maybe another month or less..
Planning on many other mods but will take a bit slowly for the moment.

Man, i really do love that color brown. You wont pass many trucks that color, you will deffiantly stand out, and look good doing it.

I totally agree.. most colors i've seen here are either black, silver or white.. Not many Earth Metallic trucks been seen here..

As a result..

Also due to the uncalculated wheels huge offset.. i placed an order for the Bushwackers Extend-A-Fender to have these wheels covered a bit.
still there are many parts and mods on the list..
Enjoy the pics

I took the time today to install the balck head and tail lights.. i must say they did a whole difference in the looks.. Complimented the headlights with the PIAA Xtreme White bulbs but i dont know.. they didnt make that whole of a difference.. Also leaving a shade of blue within the headlights.

wide indeed.. i never thought it would be that wide.. the wheels are 20x12 with a -44 offset. hopefully the fenders will cover a bit.
