Default My FX4 with Raptor upgrades

Hi Guys,

Thought I'd share a few pics of my 2011 FX4 Ecoboost. I've had a few questions about it in different parts of this forum and instead of "hijacking" other peoples threads, I'd thought I'd start my own.

I started with swapping out the upper and lower control arms, tie rods and coilovers from the Raptor. While an awesome upgrade, it didn't last long. I ran across a deal on Fox 3.0 internal bypass, remote reservoir from a Raptor owner on Craigslist. I figured while I was at it, I might as well upgrade to RPG upper arms.

Also threw in a pic of my truck out in Barstow a few weeks ago...

The rear has OEM Raptor shocks, a Deaver pack, RPG frame brace and Fox hydraulic bump stops.

It's currently at Wet Works Garage in Costa Mesa, (awesome custom work). I'm getting fiberglass fenders. They took quite of bit of work to get to line up decent. Cutting, grinding and adding. Hopefully, I'll have finished pics by next weekend.

As can be seen in the pics, I also added Method Double Standard's 17x8.5's Raptor fitment of course!

any feedback on the Deaver's? I assume the mini-pack. I am interested in those, and would like to hear some feedback as to how they are on a daily bassis.

Truck is looking pretty sweet by the way!

everything bolts up... unless you're running 3.0's. Then you have to drill new mounting holes for the Drivers side coilover for the resevoir to fit properly

Yeah, minipack... seems to do the trick, but i don't really have anything to compare it to except for the stock springs. I would say the street ride is a little firmer. If you're looking for comfort, stock is best. But if you're looking for real off road capability, you'll need to give up a little of the plushness...
