I'm out of town for the holiday but I need to get over there and check out your new setup and get my hands dirty 😀. Looking forward to your finished product (like it never ends)!

Just bolted on my 3" pulley and replaced my wideband with the newer more reliable 4.9 lsu sensor. Major difference in power which can be felt all over.. I'm hitting 9-10 psi routinely and seeing 8 psi at like 40mph with a quick chop of the throttle just cruising around now.
I only waited to this cuz my exhaust shop who welded my new cats managed to melt my old wideband by not routing the wire back where I originally had it.
I also did some research and discovered gates has finally issued a better 6 rib belt!
K061247RPM* is the part number.
It's still hard to find but apparently this belt is designed for supercharged applications. It's stickier, stretches less, and hopefully reduces noise.
I've got one on order now.

Are you running the stock crank pulley? I just ordered the metco OD pulley and still have the 3.1 up top.

Yes
How much was the metco?
If you change the part number for 8 rib at 124.7 inches long your part number should be
k081247rpm. For the gates belt

There is no 8 rib in the RPM family that I was able to find for our application.
The metco was $300 shipped with a new crank bolt from Jegs.

There was a single RPM belt that is a little longer in 6 rib:
K061251RPM 6 rib, 125.66"

This would give you just a little more if the belt is tight and doesn't fit over the pulleys well.(too tight)

Really no 8 rib? These belts are still relatively new so I'd still keep a look out. All I can find on them is vendor/wholesaler data at this point, and finding one stocked anywhere was even tougher.
I bought mine from z industries and I wouldn't be surprised if they tell me it's on backorder.

The 124.7 is not that tight as is, and I'd say it stretches a good inch over time. My manual tensioner is about 3/4 maxed out now so I'm due for a belt. I've been running my 5 rib and checking it for walk.. The belt always likes to jump over the edge of the PS pulley, but as of now it appears that issue is resolved..

To help with alignment of the 100m ribbed idler, you may need to either grind down the pulley boss or shim the pulley off of the boss somewhat. On my reman motor with new timing cover I had to grind down mine a little bit, and I did the same thin on the 47mm smooth idler I just swapped for a 70mm. The 70mm is what prob fixed my PS pulley walking the belt by helping wrap the ps pulley better.

Whipple replacement parts came today. Would love to say I am happy, however I am NOT! It has been nothing but an ordeal dealing with Whipple. We are almost approaching a month of trying to get parts out of them!

The parts arrived today, per my email "yes the wire kit has the TPS extension you need". Made it bloody clear I do not need the pump relay/wiring. I got the bloody pump wiring and NO TPS extension. Was told the TPS extension is in this kit and cannot buy separate so you need to buy this wire bag, so I get that but the part I actually wanted is no where here

Edit: Was told the TPS extension was forgotten about and will be sent via ground.

Because of the effort required to get replacement parts I am Hopeful this information can help others who are using the Whipple 5.4 3v Ford Racing kit and need replacement parts bolts gaskets. Some parts can also be ordered elsewhere.

Contents of shipping bolt kit:
Whipple 5.4 3v Shipping Bolt Bag #54301022

QTY DESC
1 10-32x1/2" SHCS ZP
1 #10 SAE FLAT WASHER ZP
2 M6-1.0X12MM BHCS ZP
1 M8-1.25X45MM HEX BOLT ZP
7 M8 FLAT WASHER ZP
1 M8-1.25X35MM HEX BOLT ZP
5 M6 FLAT WASHER ZP
1 M6-1.0X16MM SHCS ZP
2 M8-1.25X25MM HEX BOLT ZP
4 M8-1.25X16MM HEX BOLT ZP
2 M6-1.0X16MM HEX BOLT ZP
2 #12X1 PAN PHIL SMS SHARP PT
10 M6-1.0X35MM SHCS ZP
1 M6-1.0X45MM BHCS ZP
6 M8-1.25X16 HEX FLANGE SERR
2 M8 CLIP ON NUT
2 M6-1.0X16 FLANGE BHCS B/Z

TPS Cable Extension - Edelbrock part# 37-6603 (used in Roush 5.0 kit)

Rectangular gasket: Made from HFL-971 Interface gasket. Finding this in sheet material should be trivial to make. Here is a scan in jpg and pdf of the rectangle gasket: https://arxius.io/a/3de18852

The other gaskets are not labeled well, but would think if you have a caliper and find gasket/o-rings that can handle the temp you should be OK.

Again, only posting this information due to the sheer difficulty to quickly, easily, and accurately get parts. It was 3 weeks from first contact to order placement which is just bizarre and more effort on my part than required!

I have not done a good job of keeping this thread up...

Recent went to Line-x here in the springs and had the rockers/grill/bumpers done. In the pic below, I have not installed the new grill. Also went up 3" all the way around.

Before

The rear end was recently rebuilt, the shop which initially built it must have their head up the ***. Went to another shop to diag a vibe thinking it was an issue with transmission, xfer case or drive shaft angle. After a few days, the shop called to share my back lash was .0001" and the wear pattern is not favorable. The rear end was rebuilt, now my gears make noise, but the truck moves the way it should!

I have also ordered a topper as well, a Leer 100xr.
