Ok, reformatted the film, snapped a few more.

Roof done.

New headliner, missing the FX4 harness

XLT and FX4 pod, already moved the XLT bulbs to the FX4 piece.

XLT (smaller) and FX4, (larger) pods, center come light.

Favorite workbench.

These were gross, old owner smoked. Scrubbed them up with P21S

Just like new!

How is the herculiner holding up? I restored a car trailer with it thinking it would be good after a trial run, after about 2 years it looks like **** because its not UV stable. Hell of a truck btw, what sound difference did you notice with all the sound deadner?

Nice work, I just finished installing my overhead console. Jealous of your door situation. Taking the headliner down in the Screw was a nightmare. How do you like Phatmat? I was considering installing it in my truck as well.

The herculiner is holding up well, it is under a bead cover but does get abused. There is another product called durabak that is UV resistant. You can get it from their site, I used it on my mother in law's ranger and it is at one year on it, looks as good as the day I did it.

The phatmat is easy to work with, like very easy. I would recommend it. I don't hear a lot of road noise, and when i crank on the stereo, you can't really hear it until I open the door

Well I haven't done much with the truck in some time other than wash it and drive it, so it's time to molest it some more.

I got the ball rolling on gears and LSD, so will be going from 3.55's and open diff to 4.56 and LSD. This should be done within the next week or so.

Just bought parts needed to do efan using the motorcraft fans from the 12th gen.
Bought plugs, it's been awhile
Recently bought retrofits from another member here. I did my own but the pass side was starting to fog up, I might part them out and try again, or part them out and replace the headlight on my wheeler with a projector.

The truck should be exciting to drive again

Started the efan swap:

Dirty/gross/no room to get to those belts!

Gobs of room, still gross.

Fan is in, its clean. Serp belt is in, tomorrow the FEAD goes back in and then wire 'em up. Need to find a permanent home for the degaus bottle, this was on the old shroud, this new one doesn't seem as sturdy.

Taking a look at a few things under the hood looks like we have had some extreme temps on that move out here!

This is the air filter mount that holes my cone filter and reduces down to the intake system.

The battery, the end has budged out.

As of last night, just need to plumb the coolant sensor in the lower hose, wire up positive wire, make it pretty and huck in the intake. New belts and tensioner for serp belt.

Some of the old images may not load, the cert used in my web server is not "valid" per mozilla or chrome.

Have not updated this thread in a long, long time. Bought a whipple kit and am planning to replace the Roush.

USPS brought an envelope, UPS brought three heavy boxes arrived today then were placed into the garage.

Injectors

Boxes

Packing peanuts. These irk the **** out of me.

Now, for the reveal.

Got a smoking deal on this used, it's like the stars aligned just for me
