So are the led headlights plug and play if you use forscan? I saw other places you had to buy a 300 dollar kit to run them.

The 300$ kit sounds like a TRS harness. The method I did required forscan changes, and terminating 4 wires to the BCM and running 2 of those wires to each headlight. I did however make myself a harness to tie into the existing headlight wiring as I didn’t want to cut into the factory wiring

Decided to cut down the front valence. Couldn’t decide between cutting it down or removing it completely, so I just trimmed it along the contour line

A lot of nice touches here in this build. Besides the bigger things like the grill and headlights, I appreciate the subtle things that you have done to customize your build.

I also picked up a set of the interior F150 covers for inside the door, but will be adding a twist to mine. Really like the cubby liners, a nice touch of customization, but functional to damped all the sound of things rattling around in plastic. May have to check out these, they come in different colors and options.

Thanks, really appreciate it

Looking good. How is the ride with the new setup?

That gas cover looks good in black, not sure I could pull it off on my blue. Also, not that you need to, but any plans for the FX4 sticker? Just looks like you are blacking everything out and the red in the sticker just looks like this may be something you might be looking at. It goes with the red of the tail lights in that pic, just curious on your thoughts.

It rides really well. Slightly stiffer than stock, but a better ride overall - the stance it currently has makes the truck look much meaner than stock. I was looking at a black/grey fx4 decal, but I like the way the red ties in with the taillights as you said. Honestly i don’t think the black gas cap would look bad on the blue at all, it could tie in nicely.

I feel the same way about the Bilsteins I had put on, same but different to what you did. I got the better ride, but went with the stock look, and it doesn't look as mean though.

Maybe if I paint the fuel door...hmm... Already have a pile of parts I'm sending off, it is something to consider.

Maybe I missed it, but how did you black out the wheels? I really like the look of the 17 sport wheels, but would like them more of a dark graphite than black. The more I get rid of chrome, the more I look at new wheels.
