I saw your interior and I remember... my dad had a 2004 FX4 Crew cab, and the most annoying thing on it, was the chrome shift stick. When the sunlight reflects on it you can almost get blind (exaggerating). He used to put a towel (or something like that) to cover the sun reflect
It should be something like chrome matte

I'm replacing it with a Mark LT black leather wrapped shifter instead.

I used one of these for the middle dome light in the back, and four of for the map lights, front and rear.

I'm waiting until I'm a little more flush with cash to pull the trigger (I have a work trip to San Antonio this weekend and a personal trip from there to New Orleans in the middle of next week, so I'm watching my cash flow for right now), but these are all in my cart, ready to go when I get back.
For now, I'm not running HIDs but I do want a whiter light from the headlights so I'm replacing the regular bulbs with (same as the ones I had in my Impala for years).
Once I have those in, I'm going to add these LEDs because they don't require anything special:
Fog Lights (x1)
Then I'm going to purchase (x1), to replace my old one, for the next set of lights because they all require either load resistors or an LED specific relay in order for me to not lose my Cruise Control and not develop HyperFlash.
Front Amber Signals(x1)
And then I can splice in the that I mentioned earlier into the reverse lights and not worry about drawing more current than the wires and fuse can handle through the reverse wires.
Oh, and a set of Puddle Lamps from Daytimebrightlites.
About $260 later, and a couple hours on a weekend, and voila. All external LEDs with the exception of the headlights.

Only got half my lights today, so I couldn't do the full external LED change-out that I wanted to do... but everything else is arriving tomorrow, so there's still time.
Oh well, today, though, I did get at least two sets of LED lights that I don't need a new relay for (again, coming tomorrow, bah).
I changed out my vanity lights and my front fogs.
