Yea, totally not their fault that my truck's frame rusted through, they just discovered it putting it on the lift. Also looked at it today, the other side is even worse. So I'm trying to find someone who can do a plate job since these frames are non-existent.

Wow man, that sucks. 11 years on a frame. Try searching here: http://www.car-part.com/ I searched 2007 4x4 Crewcab 139" WB, there are a few close to zip 43201, just used that as a general Ohio zip.

I'm trying to recapture the reason why I got a truck... because let me tell you, between the rust on the frame, and both front calipers being locked close and burning up my rotors, pads and calipers? I'm out $4,000 in the last week.

I'm trying to decide if i want to keep this thing now. All the work has been done to it now, so I guess it's good? But I keep telling myself that and then something else becomes an issue.

I'm just getting fatigued from constantly putting money into it.

But my wife made a solid point last night. Might as well keep it until I can use my motorcycle regularly for awhile.

Get rid of the truck and you'll need to haul a lawn mower or snow blower or something else. I use mine too much to ever think about going without. Also I don't have a utility trailer either.

Guy at work had a 2001 gmc 1500 frame rusted to the point it dropped in the center by the cab and bed. Jacked it up level again welded new plates over and under the rusted area into better steel and it's good to go. It will be just fine for years to come. If you know anyone that has a welder and steel to do it will be fairly cheap. Scrap the frame put some POR15 on.

Oh frame has been done and plated in the spots where it rotted. That's over. Now it' just getting it coated to stop any other damage, like you said, POR15 or similar (Ziebart if it's cheap enough, has a POR15 type coating).
