The other day my truck was backed into by my friends grandma and I was obviously upset about it.
I went to 3 different shops today and got three hugely different quotes. The first was as near as makes no difference, $400. The second was just over $1100. And the third was around $860. I'm still trying to figure out why the huge spread. I would like to note as well that all three quotes came from Ford dealerships.

Well I have been on this forum for a while now and post odds and ends about the work I have done to my truck. Every once in a while to I get some crazy ideas for the truck and I ask for some advice. So I guess it is time to actually start my own build thread and hopefully yall will enjoy.
Let me start by giving a little background. I owned a 2008 Acura RDX with the crazy SH-AWD system and actually enjoyed the thing for over 3 years. But as time went on, I realized that I needed a little more practicallity and working ability so I went on the hunt. I have always wanted a King Ranch and it took me a little while to find one in the color I wanted. I finally found this one and it already had a few goodies to go with it that included a Rancho QL and Banks exhaust.
The day I bought her.
Notice the HUGE mud flaps that immedaitely had to go...
So I brought it to the station and pulled them right off.

They were black and the tan in the center cap didn't have dip on it. Personally I thought the look of plastidipped wheels on a king ranch was horrid
