Yeah it does chip easily. I like the polished aluminum, just to like counter all the black on the tires. Like I said, clean truck, I love that body style, do you have any complaints on the truck so far?

the only complaints I have are the squeaking doors, though I got it solved now it was so annoying at the beginning. Other than that so far I have no complaints, this is my first Ford truck and expected problems right out of the gate but havent had any issues. I to love the body styling, I have always been a chevy guy but have always loved the look of new body style f150

MPG Boost?
 

I'm surprised to hear you say you got such a boost, most things I have read say the CAI is pointless? I am putting on an exhaust and also have been seriously considering the Volant CAI.

How are you tracking mpg? Just simply per fuel up?

Be sure to get a sct programmer with custom turning for that cold air man, these things run lean from factory, then long tube headers also a gear swap. Very good gains with these mods! Nice truck by the way. Love the 04-08s! :3

Yeah I live in salt lake city and drive to provo and back quite a bit (about 30 miles) just been tracking it with every fill up
I like the volant because it uses the stock air dam and sucks in cold air unlike with KN that takes hot air from the engine bay.
Just don't abuse the gas pedal lol
