MMD's Better Late Than Never Build
Well, here I sit just about one year after buying my 2018 F150. I never intended to do most of the upgrades, changes, and mods that have been done to this truck in one years time. It just $orta happened.
I must say joining this Forum was a huge influence. You guys have taught me a lot. The knowledge base, friendly atmosphere and great looking trucks on this board is amazing and I appreciate very much all the help and encouragement you have given me this past year.
A couple of examples come to mind of things I never imagined doing to a brand new truck. First, pulling the entire grille and bumper trim to install a custom painted Ford grille emblem and second, which really blows my mind, is making my first FORScan change to stop the hyper flashing of my rear LED tail lights.
Still can't believe I actually did that yesterday.
So, how do I start a build thread with a 2018 F150 XLT Sport 2.7 EcoBoost that for my purposes is practically almost finished(I think)? I guess I could just sit here typing away chronicling one by one everything that's been done while adding a 100 photos but I don't have the time or the patience for that. Besides, I don't want to bore anyone.
So I've decided initially to just add a before and how my truck sits today photos for starters. In the next post I'm thinking of just listing all the improvements and maybe categorizing them for simplicity. I'm open to suggestions.

Good you started a build thread. You've done some nice mods in the last year, and sticking around, you'll find more. No doubt in my mind.
You also reminded me, at 1500 this afternoon, I'll have had mine for exactly one year.

Got this in the mail today from DeVries Signs. Goes better with my scheme than the solid red one.

My iPhone 8+ camera is really bad at reproducing red. Wish there was an easy way to correct it.

Dropped the center console lid off for a little custom upholstery. Should have it back in a week.
