I'm getting (according to the dash readout) between 11 and 13. My commute is only 4 miles and rarely have speeds over 40. So my numbers should be on the low side. Haven't gone on a trip with it yet so I couldn't tell you highway mileage. Headed to SC in about a month so that'll be a good test.
The only other plans are swap or paint the step bars with bed liner, paint the inner tail light lips, under rail bed lights, and tint the mirror reflectors.
Also contemplating pnp 4500k hids for heads and fogs.

This truck is def. in the "top 5" list of my fave trucks here
If you do hids, please for the love of god put them in projectors. They look like and perform like crap in halogen housings. Even the 35w kits are 2x brighter than halogen high beams.
I know the factory hid housings are expensive, the other option is retrofit, which seems intimidating, but take your time and its not bad at all.

This is why I'm contemplating the idea. I had 55w hid's in my old Ranger which had a 3" lift and 33's, I got flashed about once a month. The F150 is so much taller so I feel like I'll be an even bigger pain/danger to others even with 35w hid's. $1000+ for factory housings is definitely out of the question, so a retrofit might be the best way to go. Ah, decisions decisions lol.

In the group buy section there is a group buy for hid parts from theretrofitsource. For about 3 bills you can get the main components to do the swap. Like I said, just take your time and do it right. Not sure if you have the orig housings still or not for your truck, you could retrofit them to minimize downtime
There are a few running around here with hids w/o projectors. Its terrible lol...unaimed bright light ftl.

Yeah bro. You've got a clean clean clean truck. That'll be my next truck. Newest ford model with a little lift on stock wheels and 35s
