Mid-Travel/Raptor Swapped F150
Sold my modified 2004 F150 back in September/October of 2014 and then bought my current 2010 F150. My 2010 is a crew cab 2wd XLT with the 4.6l V8.
I've always loved off-roading and used to race/ride dirt bikes in high school. While in college my new to me 2010 F150 didn't get many upgrades besides installing my old wheel setup on my new truck, a leveling kit, some new tint and an electric cutout exhaust.
Fast forward to January 2017 and my truck went through a big transformation. I drove out to California to pick up my Fiberwerx off-road fiberglass order and installed both front fenders, valance, and rear bedsides in two days in my friends garage. And then in March I purchased the last few stock Raptor parts I needed for my install. I swapped the whole front suspension in one day in the driveway of my girlfriends parents house. And then in July I threw my stock chrome bumper in the trash and installed a modified Raptor front bumper on my truck and 4x4 tow hooks. I had a friend of mine cut the ends off and then modify them to fit the width of my F150 and then re-weld them to the bumper.
I will post some progress pictures, hopefully they will be in chronological order.

Looks great! I have a stock 2010 XLT 2WD with the 5.4 and have been going back and forth on how I want to get 35's under it. Debating a 2.5in level on 5100s.
For the front suspension, did you swap out your upper control arms? Or just the lower arms and shock assemblies? Are you running a locker in the rear? Any re-gearing to run the bigger tires?

As for my swap, I swapped out the upper and lower control arms, outer tie rods, coilovers, coilover mounting bolts, and brake lines. And as of right now stock gear and stock F150 suspension in the rear. Once I'm ready I'm going to buy a Raptor rear axle and some new Fox shocks or Raptor take off shocks and build up my rear end a little bit. The Raptor axle should have the correct gearing and I should be able to wire up the locker

Cleaned up the F150 this past weekend and put my truck tent together to clean the sand out and fix the small campfire holes in it for hunting and camping season. I have a few small maintenance things to do to the truck in the following weeks.
I randomly get a check engine light for a downstream O2 sensor, so I'm going to replace both of those.
And I'm hoping to be able to find a winch in good condition that I can mount behind my front bumper.
