I hadn't realised the premium wiper blades were single-sided, or angled this way as the previous Bosch blades were the same both sides, helps with the aerodynamics of skipping i guess.
I tried the stereo with the Sony sub connected and disconnected tonight - it does provide a nice boost to balance the sound, but i rarely even listen to the stereo, ever really, it's why i spent money on a good exhaust
I'm torn though, i could argue that as i only listen to the stereo once in a blue moon, that i would want it to sound better when i do, or, i could argue that the space i gain under the seat (by removing the sub) is better than occasional bass improvements?
For now, i've decided to pull the sub and see how much i care, mostly because the new Husky liner would require cutting out that section to fit the sub, so once i decide to keep the sub, it means a permanent cut into the liner. (and yes, the Husky rear liner, like the fronts, is a notable improvement over the Weather Techs).
MM do you still have the sub removed? I'm in the same boat, I much rather have the space back there. Its too bad that the is no way to add another sub behind the seat and dump the sony unit. I have the liner and had to cut it for the sub.

So i ran without it for a while, as you saw because i fitted the Huksy liners and didn't want to cut it if i didn't need to.
I plugged it back in a while later, i don't listen to the sound system much, but when i do, i appreciate it sounding, well, correct, when the family ride with me, the kids usually want something playing anyway. It took me a while and various songs without the sub before i realised it did miss what was needed - installing it again confirmed it does sound better. After i then performed the 'bedding' mod to the sub, it improved the sound quality again.
I'd like the space, but in the end, i cut the mat, but tighter, leaving more mat there, and do appreciate the better sound, especially since i added the new front door speakers.
Took a run up Mt. Hood today to get the Christmas tree - much later start than intended and oddly, much more snow forecast much lower than normal, ended up following two snow ploughs for a while
Quite a bit of snow/ice build up on the front, but seems the fogs burned off anything blocking them. Once again very happy with the Diode Dynamics lighting when i take it up in crappy weather.
Surprised to see this build-up once i got back home 2 hours later, completely covering the license plate.
Looks like some pieces (not pictured) caked onto the spotlights behind the grille, based purely on some shaped ice pucks that fell down into the air deflectors in front of the radiator. The Sport rating spotlights don't run hot enough to melt ice/snow etc. but i also wasn't using them on the way home due to how much traffic there was.
Whilst it wasn't far above freezing by the time i got home, i've no idea when the icy snow fell off them, could even have been from the engine heat, who knows.
Maybe i'll consider upgrading them to Pro's some time down the road - maybe i don't even need them as i don't drive in these conditions that often, let alone need the spotlights

Thanks, at this point I will just leave the sub in as well. You mentioned the "bedding mod" I think I recall that mod. Is that where bedding is installed into the sony speaker housing?
