The little diesel that could!!!
Day I brought my baby home
Baby's 1st bath
Figured I'd start out a build thread on my new baby!!! Got it back in September, got a really good deal on it. Going from a '12 5.0 to a '18 3.0 has been a dream so far!!! Taking this kinda slow since family comes first but I'm excited nonetheless.

Good looking truck.
Nicely equipped with the 501a pkg.
I guess I have all the typical questions of the diesel.
How does it compare to the 5.0 in your opinion?
How many miles have you got on it now? how is the economy?

I really liked my 5.0 but I'm liking the 3.0 more!!! I currently have about 3500 miles on it and I'm running about 20 to 24 mpg depending on how heavy my foot gets. Acceleration is nice and smooth even when I mash on it hard. I just topped off the def tank this past weekend as it was just under half full so I'm getting about a 6000 mile range on the def tank which lines up with what the truck says so I'm happy with that. I see alot of people ******* on the 3.0 but I'm impressed with it.
