So been on the site for a few months and figured it was time do a build thread. I have a Red Candy Metallic 2011 FX2 5.0 that I picked up in Oct of 2013.

Mods so far........
Amber Raptor Grille lights
Zentec HID kit
Putco Fog Light bulbs
30% tint
Muffler only delete
3/4 drop using Belltech adj shocks up front and McGaughy 4inch flip kit rear.

GT500 heat extractor hood vent

Overall, I like the sound from and tone from the outside the truck, it has nice flow through sound, almost like Xpipe sound you get from Mustangs. The inside is kinda a disappointment, the sound is way different then what I expected since the outside sound is great. It is for one a bit louder than expected and sounds almost chambered tone and too "truck like". This is mostly during acceleration but once you get to cruising it isn't to bad at all. Overall I give it 7.5 out of 10

So, I lowered it with a Mcgaughys 2/4 as seen in the above post. I was happy but not satisfied. The front seemed to sit too high so I measured it and sure enough it was 1/4 inch (give or take) higher in the front. So I did what I wanted to do from the get go and which was to buy just the Belltech adj shocks for the front and then Mcgaughy 4 inch drop for rear only and do just do a 3/4 drop. So now I went ahead and got the Belltech adj shock and drop the front to 3 inches. I am so much happier now!!

Big Red, did you keep the stock factory rear shock or did you go with aftermarket rear shocks? How is the ride quality in the back?

Nothing new right now other than shorty antenna. Got a new Ipad mini and ordering new Dash for it from TKO end of this week. Got some other things in the works soon most notable is raising the running boards up.............just some new pictures.
