I bet it didn't, now you get to screw around.

Well, actually, I decided not to call the police or file a report because of that reason. I can fix this myself for about $50 or so and I don't have to lose days getting an insurance company to look at it and wait for the part to come in. Besides, I would have to take it back off and paint it anyway. Another plus is I probably saved that guy's job. I really didn't want him to get in trouble.

Yes indeed....she will definitely get the royal treatment. My stomach is still in knots. The one positive is that my truck is not home so I don't have to see her injured .

I wouldn’t have done insurance either for this. Mainly because you can fix yourself and still have a clean car fax. That clean car fax is no joke! My last car was vandalized. I did an insurance claim and ended up having the insurance report it as an accident and not vandalism. Cost me $1k when trading for not having a clean report.

Wow.... I didn't even think about the car fax. I'm really glad I decided to take care of it myself.

Think about how much worse it would’ve looked if your truck was stock height! He would’ve been in your grill and mighta got some of the headlights.

No doubt. That would've been way worse. Definitely would've called the cops then. I may have been in tears at that point. Lol.

Damn Dewey! That really sucks. But....... I think that is a sign.... a sign that you need to get an off-road front bumper.

I almost canceled my appointment for the ceramic coating and bought another bumper. I decided to just replace the plastic and save up for the bumper.

How's the lift coming along?
