If I do anything else, he'll be getting another email from me. I'm very impressed.
Do you have anything in mind for the badges other than no chrome? You know I pretty much go that way too. I can't believe I put up with all the chrome on my '12.

I think I see where you're going. Doing the same as I did on the Tgate, with the black ring, will offset any color variation of the body, and the oval. Since you have the blackish grille, the blue will do the same on the front. It'll look good, you don't do junk.

Holy schnikes those emblems are amazing. Really sharp. That's pretty cool he takes the time out of his schedule to do that for members. Looks like he had a fast turn around for you too. Is he a Ford dealer painter or does he work for a general body shop?

Thanks J! Ya, the turnaround was faster than I expected, but not complaining at all. I don't think he's at a dealer, seems I remember a private shop. Can't wait to get the one on the front, but as I mentioned, I have to let the paint cure before the PPF. I got a couple pieces of the Xpel film coming, and one piece is gonna be a practice on one of the OEM badges. Never did any wrapping before, so it'll be something new to me.

Yeah , I have never tried it either. Good thinking on the practice run. I actually wouldn't mind seeing before & after pics with that film to see how noticeable it is. I've been thinking about doing it to my grille surround, front bumper and hood. I know that stuff is expensive!
