Hot dang! Man if you're really interested in doing a projector retrofit I'd look at doing it yourself. My opinion on the q45 way too much work for the light output and loss of a highbeam. I'd look at the retrofit source and research it there are several threads on fx-r retrofits for 04-08 f150s I think I'm gonna do a ls460 retrofit with halos in my other set of headlights for everyday driving and ill keep the q45s for when I go to shows and such. I know for sure the fxr is wayyyy easier than my retrofit.

Is the light out out really that bad? I mean, the Q45 wouldn't be bad if it was set up like in the video, but that being said I doubt I'll drop $3k+ just for those heads and tails. I'm more in love with the look than anything. Sickest lights I've ever seen.

It's ok, doesn't compare to other projectors though mainly has the cool factor. Here's another shot of them:
