Couple of updates, a lot of people around here had concerns about these Soundstream speakers being a midbass as in no vocals just bass and them being useless with my 4 10s due to a lack of a tweeter. I was pretty sure I knew what I bought but was starting to doubt myself haha so I put one on each of my two front channels of my amp IDK what my amp puts out at 8ohms but I know its 80w rms at 4 and 110w rms at 2 ohm. Those two Soundstreams were louder than all four of my kickers ks68s, crisp and clear. They do put out a little bass but you'd almost think they were one big ol tweeter

Here are some pictures with my nikon of the headlights, as you can see I need to repaint the trim rings on the projectors themselves. I'm painting those and the reflectors black to break up the red a little. These things really take some serious hours, if you attempt them and you think you are done cutting, cut a little more just to make sure I now know why these are considered one of the hardest retrofits and why companies charge so much for them.

 

I've invested into something a little bit more suitable for a thief... It makes sounds and flashes a bright light if you're in front of it... lol

 

Anybody know of any company that makes a double battery tray for 04-08 f150s or am I going to have to fab something up?

 

No there is a tray... I'll see can I dig it up... There was also a thread on here a few months back

Thanks yall I'm not sure on calculating the whole thing but I'm sure a second battery with the big 4 upgrade won't hurt, I'll be putting out 484w rms to the 8 Soundstreams, 320w rms to my doors and 1200w rms to the 4 woofers plus I'd like to leave the LED rings on at shows.

check out wrangler nw, they have dual battery trays but you can only use a certain type of battery when using those trays

 

Got some goodies today from Flashtech total dicks, but good products. I think they were mostly dicks because I did all the labor and just wanted my parts. I need to re paint the red there are some imperfections I'd like to correct but I'd like to have them finished soon. 4 Rgb rings wireless remote unit in the cab and 4300k hids
