I decided EFF that.. I just cleaned up the covers and called it a day..

New transmission filter, dropped and cleaned oil pan since i upgraded the melling oil pump and pick up tube.... I cannot believe how disgusting that oil pan was. Installed new timing set and vct solenoids

Tomorrow I will install the rear lift blocks(shock already installed) and front struts... Got some new moog springs as one of my factory ones broke

Yup... I'm keeping both😀

I miss my Flareside. Wish Ford would make another like this. I really disliked the style after this one on the 04+ models - looked like an afterthought instead of a nice planned one like yours.

Yes I agree.. The newer ones are too SQUARE for a flareside... I got 380k on this bad boy.. Only blew out 2 plugs so far...lol

I installed the oil pan, new transmission filter and fluid, new intake and valve covers and used the old water pump with a new seal. Since the suspension is all apart I figured I may as well change all of the bushings and ball joints.. Gonna go with moog on these

Love seeing all the pics. Not sure if I would know where to begin with most of that work. But kewl... like to know more about the re dying on the carpet. Mine is fine but want to redo wife’s.

Thanks.. Autozone sells a vinyl and carpet dye in grey black and tan... Take the carpet out and wash it first... Then spray carpet 4 times from each direction, vacuum then 1 more coat.. Bout 4\5 cans
