Probably the worst 2 days for the truck this past week.

1. Trying to get the rear leaf springs in with the block the frame fell off the jack stands, thankfully no one was hurt. I was soo pissed I left it like that for a couple days: frame on the axle and driveshaft at a 90 degree angle with the axle.

I got everything up to par today despite the setback. U joint is destroyed but brake lines are okay. Gas tank has a dent in it from the jack stand but got it pulled out with a stinger.

2. CANNOT REMOVE THIS BROKEN BOLT. My gosh darn #%#@ *$%&^%&!!!!! I tried everyyyyyyyyyythhhhhhhhhinnnnnnnnnnggggggg. Heated with torches, welded a nut then a stud then a nut again. Tried drilling easy-out's then one easy-out broke in the broken stud. UGGHGHGHGHGHGHH.

Needless to say its going to the machine shop next week.

Rear lift installed. It is now very hard to get in the truck.

Rear sway bar doesnt fit any longer

Fiberglassed and stripped tailgate

You weren't kidding about that rust! Looks great and you're taking great care of your rig. Keep up the good work and I can't wait to see it when you're done.

Like the valve covers and the rest of the truck! Awesome to see all of the work you've got into this thing.

Welded up those rear corners on the box. They like to rust.

Previous owner of the bed went drill-happy. Like WHY. HOW MANY HOLES DO YOU NEED TO MAKE????

I also noticed the top of the bed is shallow on one spot (hard to see) so I picked up this badboy used to straighten frames

This guy is going to the machine shop tomorrow
