Got the old ford emblem on the new grille.

What the front looks like now

The patches we made last time are looking soft

Bumper bolts should come off easy

I dont know why I just think these OBS Fords look angry without their bumpers, I actually like it.

Inside bumper rust

Then removed passenger fender, heres a shot of the rust inside the lower lip of the fender where it was patched

Probably the worst part of the truck: the rad support mounts

Yea the easy part is ripping everything off of it, different story for putting it back lol I want to be 100% rust free.

Tailgate work:

The lip will be bended around and then welded to replace the old lip

Front end work:

I want to shake the hand of someone who has flushed their rad without losing a single drop of antifreeze. Impossible.

Drivers side inside of the fender rust.

Old vs new radiator thickness

Rad support removed, and when I say removed I mean forced out with a 4 ft metal pipe; found some suprises.

Manifold bolt snapped off on its own

Nice Work Nick
Like to see all the work you are doing.
I was looking up parts for my truck when I saw the pic. of your truck in front of the bridge. (I also live in the Soo) You may have seen my grey/silver F150 in town.
I would love to see your truck some time.
Chris.
