Default Grampas' truck-----------

Well that's what my 2 grandson's call it. I've done 4X4 builds in the past, done some drag racing, still a fan of vintage/historic road racing. A year ago I ordered,

Simple basic and lightweight.

Needed a removable rack, Vantech P3000,
A Decked Drawer System,

Set of KMC XD 300 Pulley wheels 17x8, and a Pypes 4inch catback exhaust,
Painted headlamp surrounds to match the body, put in a set of SuperNova V3 LED bulbs,

Installed a BullyDog GTX and BCB tune,
Getting to last week installing a set of takeoff factory flares,

Still have some suspension work planned and a tire upgrade, probably sound work also.
The grandkids do like it! And it's a hoot at stoplights. KM

How did you find the 4" exhaust effect low end on the 2.7?

Nice lookin ride, it must be a rocket with the 122" and a tune on the 2.7!

Never considered, as camping (backpacking and wilderness canoe solo travel), is my hobby as well as trips to vintage/historic road races and the local dragstrip. I am retired so it is a daily watch grand-kids Little League hauler.

I can put all my camp stuff in and not hit 900 pounds. KM
