Default General Lee's Build

well my truck is not finished and probably never will be but I think I have made it my own and figure it couldn't hurt to make a build thread so here we go!

so this is what I started out with. completely stock except for some bald bfg a/ts and a chrome toolbox

Bought some new 285/70/17 Maxxis Buckshot Mudders

My next mod was a Tough Country Apache front bumper along with a warn 8,000lb winch and to get rid of that chrome toolbox

Then painted my emblems and had some fun in the woods

I also added a black tractor supply toolbox that I got for free and custom made some rod holders to go on my toolbox as well as a 4' firestick

next mod was removing running boards

Next I added a pair of 130w KC slimlites, smoked halo projector headlights, smoked tail lights, and Go Rhino Dominator II steps (less than a year and they are already rusting, not happy with the quality at all)

(yes I do have a dent in the bumper due to the previous owner)

Next mod was to "sling a little mud on the tires" (sorry no action shots)

last and not least was to get rid of the POS headlights and put the stock headlights back in, removed lariat pinstripe and I plasti dipped my wheels black

I'm sure I left some things out so here is a list of my mods

-Tough Country Apache bumper
-8,000lb Warn Winch
-285/70/17 Maxxis Buckshot Mudder
-stock Fx4 wheels painted black
-tractor supply toolbox
-4 custom rod holders mounted on the toolbox
-blacked out emblems and grill
-smoked tail lights
-smoked 3rd brake light
-2 130w 6" KC slimlites
-go rhino dominator II steps black
-gotts mod
-4' fiberglass antenna

soon to come mods include
-paint rear bumper black
-leveling kit
-1.5-2" wheel spacers (not sure which yet)
-exhaust system

well that's my build thread, I will add to it as time goes by and I do more things to my truck. let me know what y'all think, all oppinions and suggestions are appreciated

I was likin' it right up until the black wheels. They make your tires look three sizes smaller than they are, but as long as you like them it's your truck.

Nice Work!

Thanks y'all! right now I am debating over whether I should get new wheels or if I should just get a leveling kit, wheel spacers and an exhaust.. and if I do get new wheels I am debating over 17x9 fuel hostage wheels or 17x8.5 fuel octane wheels

oh well thanks for the comments!
