Got some custom plates made. Standard Ohio plates are a farm scene which always drives me crazy so I sprang for the extra $25 and got the American Eagle one. lol

Dyno'd at 375 rwhp so figuring 20% drivetrain loss, that's right about 455 bph

Also got a AMP bedstep as well but when went to install it, found out I was missing a spacer that I need so they are mailing that to me...

Got the spacer from AMP in the mail so installed the bed step today. Works well and does make it much easier to get up and out of back of the truck, esp for my rather short wife. Thanks for the heads up on this product Xlarge. Just what I was looking for and didn't know it was out there til you pointed it out for me.

Retracted...

Flipped out. Works equally well with tailgate up or down.

Is it worth the $200 pricetag?

I think so yes. It's pretty easy for me to get up in the back as I'm taller then average so I mainly got it for my wife as she does drive the truck a lot as well but after I used it a couple times, discovered it does make it easier esp with tailgate down since I dont have the stripper pole.

I got it for about $175 shipped through Autoplicity.

Franchi, a different question for you. Have you ever experienced the low speed wobble or shake from take off that the 157WB trucks are known for? I ask because I also have a 157" EB and can feel it when I get on the gas hard, with more power does it get worse?

No, can't say I've ever experienced that with my truck.

Shot of the truck I took this weekend while sitting in the garage enjoying a nice cigar and watching a massive thunderstorm...... Thought it was cool looking.

Starting to plan my stereo build now...Learning as I go as this is a new world for me. lol Got ahold of Crutchfield and learned a good bit from them. Also going to go to a local audio shop and see their suggestions but more then likely end up buying it all online and installing it myself.

Goal is two ten inch subs mounted under rear seat, replace the rear and front door speakers and later on will add a new headunit with navigation but starting with the speakers for now.

Box that I found that I like best so far as it's clean and tucked away, and can get color matched ( minor detail I know but would bug me to have a black box peeking out from my tan interior. From what I can tell, the measurements should work for the subs...

Door peakers that Crutchfield suggested and reviews look good...

2x 10 Subs I am considering

Have no clue on which amp though would be good.

Not looking for a SUPER loud system, more tight and clean with decent volume. Not wanting really high end audiophile gear as it would be overkill for me but nor do I want entry level Best Buy style stuff either....

We will see where it all ends up as I continue to educate myself and learn! Plan on putting it all together in next couple weeks...
