lol.. that seems to be the way it works, the guys with the floor shift wish it was on the column while we want it on the floor.

haha that sounds about right. were the connectors for both shifters the same? the 15+ still have the manual shift buttons on the side of the shifter, correct?

No, both shifters have entirely different connectors. The column shift uses half the wires that the floor shift uses...but both have the tow/haul/sport button as well as the +/-

I love seeing what some of you guys have done with interchanging OEM parts on the 2015 trucks.
Same here. I have the column shifter, just feels more truck like to me. Eventually I want to add the console in place of my jump seat, and I'll have a cubby where the shifter would go.

Enjoyed your build, Where did you pick up your dash? Was it plug and play or did you have to use forscan with it? How much did you pay?

Thank you - I bought the dash on fordparts.com from a dealer in Cary, NC and it was around $680.00 with taxes.

I had to change my original wiring harness to one that was compatible to the wiring for the floor shifter, but after that it was plug and play so FORScan was not needed for that.

I hate my column shifter and I would kill to have a shifter in my console. Can you give me a list of part #s that I would need to pull this project off? What was the reason you changed the dash?
