The Christmas gift from my Mama finally arrived today...actually she gave me a gift card to order whatever I wanted, so I got some AVS In-Channel vent visors. Hopefully I'll have better luck than most of the reviewers on Amazon gave them.

Happy New Year everyone!
I'm starting out 2019 on a happy note for the most part (more on that in a few). As some of y'all already know, Frankentruck has just won a VERY close race against @johnday in BFE 's truck for the title of Truck of the Month - Dec. 2018. All of the guys I competed against had beautiful trucks....But then again how could they not, they were all F150s
I've also recently started an Instagram account as frankentruckf150 - it'll be all of the same things you can find here..... but if you want, come follow me, I'll follow you, and a great time will be had by all!
Now for that "most part" comment at the beginning.....
I shared this yesterday on another thread & felt I should also put it here. I carried my baby girl (a black lab) to the vet yesterday because of a mass I felt in her throat. She has been diagnosed with Chondrosarcoma of the Larynx and Trachea, Which in poor man's terms is a very fast spreading cancer in her throat. She is at the age (approx. 11-12yo) that surgery is out of the question, meaning all I can do now is enjoy the time she has left with us.... This deeply saddens me, but such is the way of life

That's never nice to hear or find out. I feel for ya Tommy, I really do.
Dogs are just the most wonderful thing alive, very special people. Once you've actually known one, it's easy to see. They are certainly part of the family.
Enjoy what time you have left, and let her know it, she will.

Hey Firerunner, I dont know you at all but I totally feel your pain.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your loved ones during this most devastating time.
I’ve been through it more times than I want to remember.
If if you’ve never seen this, it’s worth a read
called The Rainbow Bridge
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....
