My issue is that a three hole bezel - especially with XLT controls are hard to come by, & the one I did get has some defects from use on it as shown below:
While this really isn't to noticeable once installed, I know they're there so piano black was the only thing I could think of to cover & for the most part not look like an afterthought. I have noticed the original is a dust magnet also, so in that respect I guess is truly is close to original

I like it... tasteful, not gaudy.

Not with the test bezel that I painted, but the new Three hole bezel that I will most likely paint the same way allowed me to put my original controls in it so now everything works.
And as an added bonus, I'm no longer getting DTCs for missing sensors that I was getting with the Three Hole Lariat bezel.

My slow boat from China parts arrived a lot quicker than I was expecting....
I installed Climate Control Trim Rings to dress up the XLT bezel a little (Still haven't got around to painting this one Piano Black, but it's coming!)
My new EcoBoost badges also arrived today
I Believe they will look good once they replace the badges in the factory location. I like the "mildness" of this mod
I taped the door badges on the driver's door with the dagger pointing both directions.... right now I'm leaning towards the dagger pointing to the front - which do y'all think looks the best?

Pointing forward - into the wind. Although I wonder, how would they look under the fender badging? Clean the door off entirely. Those are just stuck on, so you have no holes to cover.
