Wouldn't you know it!! Today I get deliveries from UPS (replacement SE LED headlights I purchased from Mudder) & USPS (Painted ovals I purchased from mbulluck) & can't install either because of this......

I'm doing the same thing here with my 2016 XL on fender flares ... could you share on what size drill bit or bits you used.

Dave, unfortunately I really dont know what size it was. I do remember that I compared bits to the clips that went into the holes, and chose one that was a little smaller than the widest point on the clip

Remember though it's better to go smaller at first, because if you start to big there is no going back!

Default Baby steps:

Today I was able to take the grille back out & install the front camera, new wiring, camera washer jet / hose, & freshly painted oval...
