How is the new expansion tank hose holding up? I also have a very slow leak and am hoping that a replacement hose takes care of it instead of having to either modify with the pegasus kit or replace the tank too.

It's only been a few days so hard to say. I ended up needing to top it off some after I ran it - I don't think this is due to still having a leak, but rather it's just usually needed after you flush the system. I've been checking it daily and all seems well.

I let the whole system drain - about 2 gallons (without removing the lower hose,) before I removed the overflow bottle hose. That was plenty as to not have a leak once the hose was removed.
I did a flush (a few times) and because the block just had mostly water I put back in 1.2 gallons of concentrate coolant w/ about .3 of water. At the top offs I've done a mixture of about 70/30 and have the system to about -15 / -20.

As I get closer and closer to my mileage matching up to the new LCD gauge cluster, about 13 miles to go, I went ahead and switched out the left hand steering wheel buttons. SLIGHTLY nerve wracking having to remove the airbag, but all went well and new buttons are in place.
I have a busy work week so I won't be able to get in and deal with any messages, such as the 4x4 error, but hopefully I'll get to play around with FORscan and see all I can do.
I'll post of pics after 13 miles.

Done!
Before...
After...(not cleaned up)
Cleaned Up
I matched up the mileage perfectly, down to the tenth; 78,136.5. I now have transmission temp and off road angles. Not sure what I can turn on using FORscan, but I'm going to check out the thread where I learned about this gauge swap.
I still need to hook FORscan up to it to get rid of the check 4x4 wrench, but very pleased with the outcome.

I need to replace the right hand steering controls because every once in awhile volume up changes the radio station. Then I'm just jamming out to the wrong song.
I put some new tires on, I picked them up from a guy who just bought a new Chevy and it "needed" bigger tires. $150 for all 4 w/ 150 miles on them. Sold my old tires, which still had some life left on them for $40 and made out like a bandit.
I haven't put many miles on my new digital cluster, been busy working and the hatchback has better MPG. I've been rocking a steady 16.4 MPG in the truck though.
We bought a house and it's always good to have a friend with a pick-up. (: It's come in handy.

I found a thread where it's been referred to as a common issue so I have no doubt it will solve the issue, I just wish it would have happened when I changed out the left hand switches that were needed to control the digital cluster. Having the take the air bag out again is a bit...daunting. Part is on the way though!

Mine does that as well. I had a thread about it, just haven't ordered the switches....truth be told, I'm ok with it. I listen to auxiliary or blue tooth anymore. Radio has too many commercials nowadays.
