So my MBRP exhaust tip was starting toi rust and it really bothered me, so i saw a thread in the 04-08 section for black chrome exhaust tips. Which gave me an idea.

So I went down to my local auto parts store and bought a can of black VHT brake caliper paint, I sanded down the tip to remove the surface rust then cleaned the grease off the tip. I applied the three coats of the paint then you got a shiny black exhaust tip.

Looks good! Its nice how such a simple, cheap mod can change the look of the truck.

A updated pic of my truck and my dads EB in the background. I waxed the truck two days a go and i decided to ditch the running boards, just wasn't liking the look.
