O yea, I figured I'd do a few cardboard templates too just to make sure everything looked ok before I made parts. I'm a pretty terrible welder so I might try to make it bolt together. That way I could change out pieces depending on the look I want and help with alignment. It's all up in the air right now lol

become friends with one of the maintenance guys (or girls) at your assembly plant. I have a few i have met over the years that wouldn't mind helping me draw a few beads for some beer

I trimmed the front like yours and have zero rubbing going forward...
I didn't trim the rear of the wheel well yet but I am getting some bad rubbing in reverse.
And I still can't figure out what I'm looking at in the last pic that's zip tied lol

In the second picture I just trimmed the flare about 3 inches. The zip ties are holding the inner fender well back behind the tire. That's what was making my noise in reverse. You can cut it or just pull it back. I found it by backing out of my driveway until I heard it then got out and looked at what was touching. I was literally blocking half the street but this was more important. Haha

I think I've set it to 605 on other tunes. The tune I'm running was programmed for 35" tires so I didn't have to change that.
