Yes it did. They are part of the max tow package on the 13s.

If you check Nitto tires facebook page one of my photos is on there with over 6000 likes. Pretty cool they chose my F150 to share on their main page.

I put on a background from GriffFX4 and the glossy B-pillars tonight. Every time I go to the dealership with something else they just shake their heads cause they have never seen any of this stuff before.

Nice truck I have the same exact setup on my truck minus the tires and leveling kit, which I need to get yet. How do you like your exhaust and CAI?

They sound awesome and look pretty good. I can't say that they made a huge difference in power but it was noticeable over stock even with the bigger tires. If you want turbo noise but not the sound of a v6 put the intake on. If you want even more turbo noise then add the exhaust. My friend used to make fun of me for it sounding like a ricer, then he heard the turbos blow off through the intake and exhaust...that changes a v8 owners opinion real quick.
