Working off retail numbers; I can't say my actual costs because Fuel sponsored cost on my set of rims, and some other discounts from vendors, and ford because I am a salesman.

Pricing things out at retail;

$53,000 501a Lariat F150
$1,300 Lift Kit
$1,000 Install, Additional Parts, Alignment
$4,500 Wheels, Tires, Sensors, Lug Nuts
$2,000 Led Headlights and customizing
$400 Tonneau Cover
$500 Exhaust [Will Install after snow]
$1000 Subwoofers, Speakers, Amp [Will Install after snow]

Total would be close to $64,000

Read the very first post. Headlights were retrofitted by redline lighting aka ffboomer on this forum.
