looks to me like it was lifted. they definitely had the forward rake stock and yours looks pretty level too.

Gotcha, it's got rancho shocks on it so that may be the brand. My tires are only 33"s if you can believe that.

thats a plus about those older truck. you can tuck some BIG tires on without too much of a lift.

I love how raw driving it is lol the driveshaft in the bed fell out on the way home and I didn't notice till I got there, ended up talking the SCrew back to look cause the wiper blades are shot on the 75 and it was starting to rain. But the transition from truck to truck was like a shock lol my F-150 seems so much quieter now lol
