I used to think they were ugly as hell but the longer I've had the truck the look has grown on me lol. No definitely not, though I get most of my parts out of junkyards anyway. My truck is made up of Ford and dodge parts from 80 to 96, just gotta be more creative with these.

I mainly need the inner latch and all. I have the strikers and bed hinges. I'll just need the gate hinges, and I'd like to measure and use tailgate cables off a newer truck instead of the old arms that fold. Just a cleaner system, and another little detail to set it apart.

Got bondo?
Decided to postpone cab corners since I only want to pull the bed back once and I'm not going to mess with that till after Christmas, so my last couple weeks here I'm just going to do filler work on the doors and hood to kill time. I've got a month off during December and January so I'm bringing it home then to rewire and get the engine work done.
