Default Big Sloppy (2000 f-150) Rebuilding Piece By Piece :D

Bought this truck a few years ago and recently had a CV shaft go and replacing that turned into replacing:

- Brakes: New calipers, rotors, and pads all the way around (Powerstop z76 kit)

- New front hubs and wheel seals

- New front swaybar links (Skyjacker)

- New clutch packs for the limited slip

- Replaced bearings and seals on rear

- New brake hoses + stainless steal lines + vent + center rear hose

2018 Work Done

- Replaced manifolds and exhaust system with stainless longtube headers (Dynatech) and exhaust kit from Flowmaster with 50 series cans. (old manifolds and rest of system was rusted out.

- Bought a tuner as I was not dealing with the damn catalytic converters so those are bypassed and a little tune for some more power / torque on low to mid-range.

Truck 145,000 km on it and has lots of rust issues, not sure how to deal with all the rust as of yet. Rockers are shot suicide door bottoms rusted out, floor pans are pretty much toast. Lots to do!

Truck runs a 5 inch RCX suspension lift and 4 inch body at the back with I think 6 at the front. Sitting on some old 32s but 35s coming next spring.

List of stuff coming at some point

- address rust underbody

- New engine build with new block. Built for a pro-charger

- Electric fans

- Bumper + winch

- 4:56 gears and Eator Detroit Truetrac

- Swap over to manual transmission

New Hub

New hub and CV shaft so shiny.
