I used to work for one the Mortgage Servicers in the DFW area before they went belly up. I almost moved there about 6-7 years ago. One of my buddies did move and just moved back and he basically doubled his money when he sold the house. He saw the writing on the wall that the housing market looks like its going to pop.

You'll have to call/email air design direct. The tailgate piece is $299 black and $349 chrome. Looking at my invoice it was $36 shipping. Funny, I just reposted the price list on the forum in another thread. Keep in mind it actually comes in matte black and not the grey color, we painted to match the bumper/flares.

$349 makes me think twice lol
